Join the 200 Hour Teacher Training Course in Goa and become a certified Yoga instructor. 200 hr YTTC is a complete and balanced program to develop strong physical and mental practice in Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The course structure especially allows the students to embrace and understand yoga from different perspectives. In this training, you will learn and practice -
• Hatha Yoga
• Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
In addition to this, you will also learn Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda, Yoga Anatomy, Pranayama, Meditation, Body Alignment and Adjustments with the Art of teaching Yoga and Upaya Stress Management Program. At the end of the course, you will have a deep understanding of how to teach classical Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, how to instruct, correct and motivate your students.
